While some course owners are suffering from lower revenues as a result of declining rounds played and increased costs of operation, the battle for discounted green fees just got hotter with the announcement that British Columbia Golf and International Club Network (ICN) have partnered in an effort to make golf more accessible and affordable to British Columbia Golf members, ostensibly in an effort to help grow the game of golf.
