One of Canada's busiest municipal golf courses, an 18-hole par-67 jewel located in Saanich, near British Columbia's capital city of Victoria on Vancouver Island, has been loosing money for the past five years but tonight, despite the wishes of the club's 228 regular members and their advisory committee, green fees are expected to be increased and for the first time in over 50 years players will have to start booking tee times.
