Bob Cruise - New Head Pro At Highland Pacific

A member of Highland Pacific's staff since Spring 2010, Cruise is also an active tournament player and currently the Tour Commissioner for the Vancouver Island Professional Tour. He plays a full schedule of professional and pro-am events each year and maintains his standing as one of British Columbia's top players.

"It's quite an honor to accept this new position," said Cruise. "I look forward to the new responsibilities and challenges that the position will bring. I will work hard to enhance the golf experience for each and every guest of Highland Pacific."

Formerly the Head Professional at Trickle Creek Golf Course in Kimberley, BC., Cruise will continue to report to Doug Hastie, Highland Pacific Golf's General Manager.

Highland Pacific Golf, located just a short drive from downtown Victoria, is a perfect test for all golfers. The facility also features a two-tiered driving range with 44 stalls, some of which are covered and heated for winter use. On site as well is the HP Range Café, which provides home-style cooking for hungry golfers.

Island Golfer Magazine writes that HP features "some of the best vistas seen anywhere on any golf course as well as some of the best looking holes on Vancouver Island."
