Kirby Dreher Joins CN Canadian Women's Open Field

One of 46 players at Elhmurst Golf and Country Club attempting to make it into Canada's only LPGA Tour event, Dreher will now be one of 14 Canadians in the field of 156 teeing off on Thursday in Winnipeg.

Also earning a spot into the tournament were Americans Marina Choi and Amie Hartje as well as Argentina's Maria Laura Elvira.

MONDAY WOMEN'S ONLY PRO-AM RESULTS
Twenty-four teams consisting of four amateurs and a professional teed-it-up Monday for the Women's Pro-Am at St. Charles Country Club. The team of pro Jill McGill with amateurs Kim Duggan, Kami Fehr, Diana Speed and Astrid Baxter came away with a winning score of 61 (-11).

Canadian Adrienne White carded her first-ever ace during today's Pro-Am action. The Red Deer, Alta. native holed out her 122 yard tee-shot at St. Charles Country Club's 6th hole with a 9-iron.

JUNIOR CLINIC AT ST. CHARLES
Junior golf and family fun will be the o0der of the day Tuesday at St. Charles Country Club. Rising stars Anna Rawson and Brittany Lincicome as well as former LPGA player and Winnipeg native Gail Graham hosting a free clinic for junior golfers on the driving range beginning at 1:00 pm.
