$100M Oceanfront Community Launched on Bowen Island

The 618 acre Cape on Bowen's beaches, trails, shorelines, and dense woods have been virtually untouched for more than 50 years.

The Cape on Bowen is comprised of 10-acre estate home sites with an average price of $2 million. The Cape on Bowen Community Development Limited, a joint venture between the Trans City Group of Companies, led by Don Ho and the Leeda Developments Group, led by Edwin Lee, is developing The Cape on Bowen.
