Lindbjerg carded a 1-over par 73 to go with his first round of par 72 over the 6,488-yard course surrounded by majestic mountains and snow-capped glaciers. His one-over 145 total consists of five birdies and six bogies, all scored over 11 different holes.

John Gallacher of Burnaby B.C. sits alone in third place at 5-over 149 followed by Bill Wilms of Delta in fourth at 6-over 150.

Wilms happens to also be the defending Super Seniors division champion for players 65 and over and his back-to-back rounds of 75 give him a four-stroke cushion over John Yasinchuk of Terrace, .who is second at 10-over 154.

In Zone competition, Gallacher, Ron Petersen and Lindbjerg, playing out of Pitt Meadows Golf Club and Paul Kerbrat playing out of Ledgeview captured the title for Zone 3.
