Sun Peaks Golf Course Opens this Saturday

Designed by Graham Cooke, the front 9 of the Sun Peaks Course opened for play in August 1995 and the back nine followed in 2005. At 1,333 metres at its uppermost point, the 16 tee, the golf course at Sun Peaks is the highest in the province which means your ball soars farther.

"It's always a challenge to operate BC's highest golf course and the cool spring weather we've had to date is not helping; however, Superintendent Keith Lyall reports the greens are in good condition and have been mowed since mid-April," says Jamie Tattersfield, Mountain Operations Manager with Sun Peaks Resort Corporation.

The golf experience gets even better this summer with new green fee rates which include power cart. You can golf 18 holes for only $65 during the week (Monday to Thursday) and only $80 on the weekend.
