RCGA Level 3 Rules Seminar Accepting Applicants

BCGAlogoMasterSml.jpgOnline registration is now available for the Royal Canadian Golf Association's Level 3 Rules Seminar being held In Richmond at the British Columbia Golf Association office December 6 and 7.

The RCGA offers several programs to learn the Rules of Golf with an Education Program designed for all golfers wishing to improve their level of knowledge of the Rules of Golf including recreational golfers, competitive golfers, professionals and rules officials, or those wishing to become a rules official.

Whether you have an interest in learning the basics or wish to pursue national certification as a rules official, the RCGA offers the right program for you.

The RCGA Rules Education Program consists of four levels of Rules Education. Participants must meet the criteria at each level before proceeding to the subsequent level.

The Level 3 program is a two day workshop for persons who have completed Level 2 (or equivalent) of the RCGA Rules of Golf education program.

This workshop includes a PowerPoint presentation, questions and answers, scenarios and an opportunity to build on your knowledge and administration of the Rules of Golf. A portion of the progam will be conducted outside - so proper clothing is required to suit weather conditions.

The course fee includes:
Books - The Rules of Golf; Decisions on the Rules of Golf; workbook and optional exam.
Meals - day one continental breakfast and lunch; day two breakfast and lunch.
