Nike Golf Introduces Premium Series Victory Red Irons

NEW-Nikegolf-Logo.jpgNike Golf, which has led the PGA Tour in iron wins since 2005, is introducing its premium line of Tour-inspired irons called Victory Red (VR).

The Victory Red irons come in three distinct offerings-Victory Red Forged TW Blades; Victory Red Forged Split Cavity and the Full Cavity Victory Red irons.

Golfers who are on Nike's payroll such as Paul Casey, Trevor Immelman and Stephen Ames teed it up with the Victory Red irons at The Barclay's on the PGA Tour last week.

Available at retail on November 1, 2008, Nike Golf's new family of Victory Red irons feature more traditional looking iron designs. Nike claims prior to his absence from competition because of a knee injury, Tiger Woods worked directly with Nike Golf's team to create the Victory Red brand with his influence especially evident in the Nike Victory Red Forged TW Blades.
